ClearRole is a service operated by ClearRole Technologies FZCO (Licence No. 89728, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA); Unit DSO-THUB-G-D-FLEX-G146B, THUB, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE) (“ClearRole”, “we”, “us”). By using ClearRole you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ClearRole is currently in early access and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
ClearRole helps you understand your position in the market: it assesses your career profile, helps you think through the compensation decisions in front of you, and reviews opportunities you bring to it. We are not a recruiter, employment agency, employer, or your professional adviser, and we do not introduce you to employers or act on your behalf.
ClearRole describes how your profile aligns with roles and opportunities. It does not decide whether you are suitable for any role, does not assess you on any employer’s behalf, and is never used to make or inform an employment decision about you.
Everything ClearRole produces is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, immigration, or professional career advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You should not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of a ClearRole report.
Reports are generated using artificial intelligence from the information you provide. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Any assessment of a job’s genuineness, or of how your profile aligns with it, is an automated reading and not a verified fact. You are responsible for independently verifying anything important before you rely on it.
Where a report reviews a specific opportunity, we may also consult publicly available information about the organisation named in the job description. A report describes what could and could not be corroborated from that material. It is not a statement that any organisation is or is not genuine, and it is never a statement about that organisation to anyone other than you. Information we could not find is a limit on what we were able to check, not a finding about the organisation.
We do not warrant that any role is genuine, current, or available, or that using ClearRole will lead to any interview, offer, or job. ClearRole does not value your work, estimate your market rate, or tell you what any role should pay. Where it discusses compensation it is helping you think through a decision using the figures you have given it; nothing it produces is an offer, a promise, or a guarantee of pay.
Career Insight is free. Opportunity Intelligence is paid. You buy report credits, and a credit is used when a report is generated for you. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearRole Technologies FZCO is not liable for any decision you make based on a report, for the accuracy of any report, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
ClearRole, its content, and the reports it produces are provided for your personal use. You may keep and use your own reports; you may not resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change and continued use means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
